ANGEL DUST - Into the Dark Past LP

Often considered to be one of the best Speed / Thrash Metal album from the 80s German scene, "Into The Dark Past" is the perfect example of a band that peaked already on their first album and could never do the same perfection again (even though the follow-up "To dust you will decay" 2 years later was amazing as well!). It's all a matter of taste, but while bands such as Kreator, Sodom, Destruction and Tankard were getting all the praise and recognition, Angel Dust never got the attention and respect they truly deserved. That does not change the fact that "Into The Dark Past" is considered by many the greatest full-length debut in German Speed/ Thrash Metal history!
