DESTROYERS - Dziewięć Kręgów Zła LP

The third album of this Metal legend from Poland. Destroyers return after many years with their new asskicking album! Heavy/Thrash Metal for fans of Judas Priest, King Diamond, Metalucifer or Metal Inquisitor!

One of the earliest Polish Metal bands still going strong! Originally known as just Destroyer without the s, the group was formed in 1985 in Bytom, taking part actively in the local music scene. They won several band contests and played numerous festivals like Jarocin and Grodków. The first line-up included Adam Słomkowski, Grzegorz Fredyk on guitar, Marek Łoza as main composer, bassist and lead vocalist and drummer Wojciech Zięba. In 1987 they played at the legendary Metalmania, contributing to the festival split with Hämmer, as well as other compilations like Polish Heavy Metal 87, Metal Invasion and Metal Shock.

The band changed their sound into a Thrash Metal direction subsequently, when they performed more Polish festivals like Heavy Metal Show, Metal Battle and the next edition of Metalmania in 1988 as a trio without Grzegorz Fredyk. They also toured outside Poland, doing some Czechoslovakian dates.
