Throughout their formative years, Enslaved always leaned towards the more progressive side of black metal, and their 1997 effort Eld is no exception, making stylistic choices that were unusual for their time and place in black metal history. Each album serves as a testament to their progression, and Eld is no different with its further thrust into viking metal.

Reprint limited to 300 copies on heavyweight black 2x12" (180g) in microtene sleeves, printed innersleeves on 220g carton, gatefold jacket, printed on 350g carton with hot foil stamping, coated paper, all assembled in a plastic overbag.
