GRAVETAKER - Sheer Lunacy LP

A rough gem from the underbelly of Oulu, Finland, has finally been spewn out of the dungeon!

Taking inspiration from the Soulside Journey-era Darkthrone and Katharsis among other things, GRAVETAKER takes Death Metal back to it's ambitious and obscure roots with their first release SHEER LUNACY.

With five tracks clocking over 35 minutes, each song has taken a form of it's own. From mesmerizing acoustic intros to divebombs casting their screams over blastbeats, Sheer Lunacy is hard to categorize in any specific sub-genre popular to this age and day. A true testament to a schizophrenic approach into songwriting and true Metal of Death.
