The debut EP from JORDSJUK is finally being released on vinyl! 

Four in-your-face tracks of riff-driven, gritty extreme Metal. Catchy and fiercely defiant, featuring live favorites like "Siste Skanse" and "Viva La Apocalypse." 

"Råtner på rot" was originally released in the spring of 2024, and Jordsjuk quickly caught the attention of audiences, the press, and festivals. *Dagsavisen* wrote, "this could easily become one of the year's heaviest sensations," and the US-based *Metal Injection* had already hailed Jordsjuk as one of the most promising new Norwegian bands. 

Jordsjuk made their live debut at the Orgivm Satanicvm festival at Parkteatret in Oslo in 2024, and the band was soon booked for events such as Midgardsblot and by:Larm.

The EP was recorded at Strand Studio and various locations in Oslo in 2023. It was produced by Eirik Renton. The recording was mixed by Jaime Gomez Arellano, who has worked with acts such as Ghost, Behemoth, and Mayhem. Remastered for vinyl by Tom Kvålsvoll in 2026.

Jordsjuk—fronted by Mannevond on vocals and songwriter Renton on drums, with Sagstad and Larsen on guitar and bass—won the Spellemann Award (Norwegain Grammy) for Hard Rock & Metal in 2026 for their debut album, *Naglet til livet*, released in 2025.

In 2026 and 2027, the band is performing around twenty concerts and festival shows, both at home and abroad.
